🔹 What We Do in TSPR (Pre-Construction Anti-Termite Treatment):

1️⃣ Horizontal Surface Soil Treatment

Before PCC is laid, we apply 5 litres of emulsion per sq. metre uniformly across the entire horizontal foundation surface.
This creates a complete chemical barrier preventing termite entry from the top soil layer.

2️⃣ Vertical Surface Soil Treatment

Along the periphery of the foundation, trenches, and basement walls, we apply 7.5 litres of emulsion per sq. metre to all vertical surfaces.
This shields the entire foundation wall where termites usually make hidden mud tunnels.

3️⃣ Treatment of Junctions & Critical Points

We apply targeted anti-termite emulsion at:
• Wall–floor junctions
• Column–beam junctions
• Expansion joints
• Plumbing & electrical entry points
• Lift pits and utility shafts

These are the highest-risk termite entry zones, and sealing them ensures complete protection.

4️⃣ Backfill Soil Treatment

When the treated areas are backfilled, the soil is re-treated with emulsion to ensure no break in the chemical barrier.

Before handover, we apply emulsion around the entire building boundary to form a continuous exterior defence ring, protecting the property for years.
